To establish an ELISA basic raw materials are antigens ( our case drug targets ), antibody and conjugated antibody, developing agents.
Several thousand suppliers are there for antibodies and developing agents. But getting a good quality targets is always cumber some.
You have to spend considerable amount of time to procure good targets and store it.
2. If ELISA is not workable, then next way of approach is cell based assays.
